A challenge has to point at one particular confirmation, so we need to know which one you mean. The link is at the foot of the email we sent you when you confirmed it — search your inbox for the young person's name. Opening it brings you back here with the form ready.
If you cannot find it
Tell us anyway. You do not need the link, a reference number or an account — describe what you have seen and we will find it from your side.
If your name is on something you did not write
Use the same form and say so. That is one of the most serious things we can be told, and it does not wait its turn.
